Ingredients:
- 50 g oatmeal (1/2 cup).
- 50 g raisins (1/3 cup).
- 1 tbsp cocoa.
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
- 50 g dried cranberries (1/3 cup).
- 80 g almonds (1/2 cup).
- 60 g prunes (1/3 cup).
- Banana.
- 80 g hazelnuts (1/2 cup).
- 120 g dark chocolate without sugar (1 cup).
