Caramel:

- 50g butter
- pinch of salt
For cake roll:
- 3 eggs
- Cinnamon
- 150g sugar
- 110 g flour
- 40 g cacao
- 5 g baking soda
- 20 ml milk
- 20 ml oil
- bake at 180’C – 20′
Crema:
- 200 g doft butter
- 80 g icing sugar
- 300 g soft cream cheese
Ganache:
- 100 g dark choco
- 100 g milk choco
- 100 g peanuts
- 150 ml cream
