Ingredients:

Caramel:

  • 200g sugar
  • 200g cream
  • 50g butter
  • pinch of salt

For cake roll:

  • 3 eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • 150g sugar
  • 110 g flour
  • 40 g cacao
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 20 ml milk
  • 20 ml oil
  • bake at 180’C – 20′

Crema:

  • 200 g doft butter
  • 80 g icing sugar
  • 300 g soft cream cheese

Ganache:

  • 100 g dark choco
  • 100 g milk choco
  • 100 g peanuts
  • 150 ml cream
