Ingredients:
- cartofi albi
- rosemary, thyme
- oil
- butter
- garlic
- chicken stock
- S&P
Method:
- Taie cartofi pe ambele părți si curată coaja ramasa
- Prajeste cartofi pe o parte in puțin ulei, când prind culoare intoarcei
- Add butter, cook, then add herbs, garlic.
- Add stock, cover and bake in oven at 180’C for 10 minutes then check them. Must be done in 20 min.
- Get the sauce from potatoes, strecoara-l and cook until reduce.
- Glaze the potatoes with the sauce and add some chives.
