Ingredients:

  • cartofi albi
  • rosemary, thyme
  • oil
  • butter
  • garlic
  • chicken stock
  • S&P

Method:

  1. Taie cartofi pe ambele părți si curată coaja ramasa
  2. Prajeste cartofi pe o parte in puțin ulei, când prind culoare intoarcei
  3. Add butter, cook, then add herbs, garlic.
  4. Add stock, cover and bake in oven at 180’C for 10 minutes then check them. Must be done in 20 min.
  5. Get the sauce from potatoes, strecoara-l and cook until reduce.
  6. Glaze the potatoes with the sauce and add some chives.
