Ingredients:

  • 400 g flour
  • 4 g dry yeast
  • 30 g sugar
  • 5 g sea salt
  • 40 g butter
  • 160 ml milk
  • 100 g yogurt

Method:

  1. Mix salt with flour
  2. Add yeast and sugar in milk and mix
  3. Add flour, milk and yogurt in malaxor then mix well until is elastic (around 5-7 min.)
  4. Add butter and mix well
  5. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise for 1 hour
  6. Divide dog in 12 equal parts.
  7. Create bowls, cover with plastic foil and let them rise for 30 minutes
  8. Fold the dough bowls and let to rise for 1 h in a baking tray, grassed with butter and covered.
  9. Grease the dough with a little milk.
  10. Bake at 200’C – 30 min.
