Ingredients:
- 400 g flour
- 4 g dry yeast
- 30 g sugar
- 5 g sea salt
- 40 g butter
- 160 ml milk
- 100 g yogurt
Method:
- Mix salt with flour
- Add yeast and sugar in milk and mix
- Add flour, milk and yogurt in malaxor then mix well until is elastic (around 5-7 min.)
- Add butter and mix well
- Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise for 1 hour
- Divide dog in 12 equal parts.
- Create bowls, cover with plastic foil and let them rise for 30 minutes
- Fold the dough bowls and let to rise for 1 h in a baking tray, grassed with butter and covered.
- Grease the dough with a little milk.
- Bake at 200’C – 30 min.
