Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 shalotte
  • 2 cloves garlic, finally chopped
  • 1 small chalotte, finally chopped
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • mix of cheese: cheddar, gouda, brie
  • 100 g grated mozzarella
  • 150 g bacon
  • 400 g short pasta

Method:

  1. Boiling pasta, al dente, in hot water with salt
  2. Cut the bacon in a cubes then fried in a hot until are crispy.
  3. Melt butter then add challote and garlic. Cook for 1 minutes.
  4. Add flour, mix then add white wine and whisk.
  5. Step by step add milk and whisk until you get a cream.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cheese and mix.
  8. Add pasta and mix well.
  9. Transfer in a tray, sprinkle with bacon, mozzarella cheese and parmesan
  10. Bake 200’C – 20.
