Ingredients:

  • 500g flour ’00’
  • 10g salt
  • 300g water
  • 30g milk
  • 5g dry yeast

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients, but salt at the end
  2. Mix well and knead until smooth
  3. Keep 1h at room temperature then overnight on fridge.
  4. Make break and bake on the grill or hot pan
