Ingredients:
- 300g sourdough (polish)
- 1kg strong white flour
- 5g fresh yeast
- 20g sea salt
- 720 ml cold water
For filling:
- butter for cooking
- onion
- leeks
- cream fresh
- 2 eggs
- S&P
- nutmeg
- gruyere cheese or cheddar
Method:
- Mix the dough and let to rest for 1-2 hours
