Ingredients:

  • 300g sourdough (polish)
  • 1kg strong white flour
  • 5g fresh yeast
  • 20g sea salt
  • 720 ml cold water

For filling:

  • butter for cooking
  • onion
  • leeks
  • cream fresh
  • 2 eggs
  • S&P
  • nutmeg
  • gruyere cheese or cheddar

Method:

  1. Mix the dough and let to rest for 1-2 hours
