Ingredients:

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 slices ham
  • 10 cheddar slices
  • 2 cups spinach
  • slices beacon

Method:

  1. Mix minced beef with salt, pepper, garlic, bread crumbs and eggs
  2. Spread the meat on an aluminum foil until it is 1 cm thick
  3. Add the ham, put the cheese on top and then the spinach.
  4. Roll de meat and then remove the foil.
  5. Spread the bacon slices on the aluminum foil, put the roll meat and roll it in the bacon and aluminum foil.
  6. Bake 180’C – 25′
  7. Uncover and bake 250’C – 20′
