  • 750g lukewarm milk
  • 150g butter (room temperature)
  • 150g sugar
  • 15g salt
  • 21g dry active yeast
  • 2-3 tablespoons of water

  1. Shape apron. 100-120g
  2. Bake at 200’C, with streaming
