Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 shalotte
- 2 cloves garlic, finally chopped
- 1 small chalotte, finally chopped
- 250 ml milk
- 50 ml white wine
- salt and pepper
- mix of cheese: cheddar, gouda, brie
- 100 g grated mozzarella
- 150 g bacon
- 400 g short pasta
Method:
- Boiling pasta, al dente, in hot water with salt
- Cut the bacon in a cubes then fried in a hot until are crispy.
- Melt butter then add challote and garlic. Cook for 1 minutes.
- Add flour, mix then add white wine and whisk.
- Step by step add milk and whisk until you get a cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cheese and mix.
- Add pasta and mix well.
- Transfer in a tray, sprinkle with bacon, mozzarella cheese and parmesan
- Bake 200’C – 20.
