Ingredients:
- 1 kg minced beef
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 6 slices ham
- 10 cheddar slices
- 2 cups spinach
- slices beacon
Method:
- Mix minced beef with salt, pepper, garlic, bread crumbs and eggs
- Spread the meat on an aluminum foil until it is 1 cm thick
- Add the ham, put the cheese on top and then the spinach.
- Roll de meat and then remove the foil.
- Spread the bacon slices on the aluminum foil, put the roll meat and roll it in the bacon and aluminum foil.
- Bake 180’C – 25′
- Uncover and bake 250’C – 20′
