Ingredients:
- tomato sauce base
- garlic
- EVOO
- shallots brunoise
- vodka
- chilli flakes
- tomato puree
- cream
Method:
- Saute shallots in EVOO
- Add garlic, then chilli
- Add tomato puree
- Then add Vodka and let to reduce
- Add cream and tomato sauce base
- If necessary mix with blender
- Serve with Rigatoni pasta, parmesan and fresh basil
