Ingredients:

(for 26 diameter tray)

  • 180g butter
  • 145g fine sugar
  • 295g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • optional 50g cacao

Method:

  1. in the mixer add butter, sugar and flour.
  2. Pulse until all are mixed
  3. Add eggs  one by one and mix
  4. Optional add cold water
  5. cover on plastic foil and keep on the fridge for 30 min.
