Ingredients:
(for 26 diameter tray)
- 180g butter
- 145g fine sugar
- 295g flour
- 2 eggs
- optional 50g cacao
Method:
- in the mixer add butter, sugar and flour.
- Pulse until all are mixed
- Add eggs one by one and mix
- Optional add cold water
- cover on plastic foil and keep on the fridge for 30 min.
