Ingredients:

  • brunoise shallot
  • peppercorn black and white
  • fresh peppercorn
  • brandy
  • butter
  • garlic
  • 1 part double cream
  • 2 parts beef stock
  • green peppercorn
  • lemon juice
  • chopped parsley

Method:

  1. Incalzeste o tigaie ușor in care adăuga pepercorn, fresh piper si prăjește ușor.
  2. Add butter and shallot, garlic then cook 2-3 min
  3. Add brandy and flambe
  4. Add double cream, beef stock and cook
  5. Add green peppercorn
  6. Add un pic lemon juice and parsley
