Ingredients:
- brunoise shallot
- peppercorn black and white
- fresh peppercorn
- brandy
- butter
- garlic
- 1 part double cream
- 2 parts beef stock
- green peppercorn
- lemon juice
- chopped parsley
Method:
- Incalzeste o tigaie ușor in care adăuga pepercorn, fresh piper si prăjește ușor.
- Add butter and shallot, garlic then cook 2-3 min
- Add brandy and flambe
- Add double cream, beef stock and cook
- Add green peppercorn
- Add un pic lemon juice and parsley
