Ingredients:
Topping:
- Fresh sliced peaches
- 50 g butter
- 180 g brown sugar
Cake:
- 50 g melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup peach juice
- 1 vanilla
- 175 g brown sugar
- 225 g flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp salt
Method:
- Melt sugar and butter until are liquid
- Spread the caramel in a baking tray with a diameter of 28 cm
- Place the peach slices in a circle
- Mix eggs, melted butter, peach juice and vanilla
- Add flour, sugar, baling powder, salt and gently mix
- Please the dough on tray
- Bake 180’C – 30′
