Ingredients:
- 125g egg whites at room temperature
- 180g caster sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Method:
- Whisk egg whites till fluffy
- Slowly add sugar
- Add vinegar
- Add cornstarch
- Fa cam 9 portii de pavlova
- Bake at 100’C – 60 min
