Ingredients:
- folosești carcase de pui
- ceapa
- green selery
- pepper corn
- morcovi
- bay leafs
- thyme
- garlic
Method:
- Roast carcasele de pui in oven then add in a pot with water. Let’s slow simmer for about 2h
- Roast vegetable in oven then add to chicken stock after 2h
