Ingredients:

  • folosești carcase de pui
  • ceapa
  • green selery
  • pepper corn
  • morcovi
  • bay leafs
  • thyme
  • garlic

Method:

  1. Roast carcasele de pui in oven then add in a pot with water. Let’s slow simmer for about 2h
  2. Roast vegetable in oven then add to chicken stock after 2h
  3. In ora a 3-a add aromatic herbs and simmer for about 45 min.
