Ingredients:
- shallot brunoise
- anchovies chopped
- garlic chopped
- parsley chopped
- tarragon chopped
- 1-2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 100-150 g soft butter
- 1/2 tsp worchenster
- s&p
Method:
- Mixt all the ingredients and add on the hot meat for serving
