Ingredients:
Dough:
- 350ml of water
- 150 grams of butter
- 150 grams of flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
Cream:
- 500ml milk
- 80 g vanilla pudding powder
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 egg yolks
- 250 grams of cream
- 12 g cream stiffener
- powdered sugar
Method:
- Bake 12′ at 250’C then 10′ at 180’C
