Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 350ml of water
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs

Cream:

  • 500ml milk
  • 80 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 250 grams of cream
  • 12 g cream stiffener
  • powdered sugar

Method:

  1. Bake 12′ at 250’C then 10′ at 180’C
