- 120 g vanilla pudding powder
- 700 ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 120 grams of sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- 250 grams of butter
- 500 grams of strawberries.

Method:
- Bake: 230°C / 446°F 10 minutes on top/bottom heat then 200°C / 392°F 10 minutes Baking pan diameter: 45 cm x 35 cm
