  • 100 grams of butter
  • 160 g flour (1⅓ cups)
  • 5 eggs

Filling:

  • 120 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 700 ml milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 500 grams of strawberries.
  • powdered sugar

Method:

  1. Bake: 230°C / 446°F 10 minutes on top/bottom heat then 200°C / 392°F 10 minutes Baking pan diameter: 45 cm x 35 cm
