Ingredients:
- tomato sauce base
- garlic
- EVOO
- shallots brunoise
- white vine
- capers
- rosemary & thyme
- chopped chervil and parsley
Method:
- Saute shallots in EVOO
- Add garlic
- Deglaze with wine and let to reduce
- Add tomato sauce base
- Add capers and a little bit of juice from capers
- Then add rest of herbs
- Serve with all kind of meat or fish
