Ingredients:

  • tomato sauce base
  • garlic
  • EVOO
  • shallots brunoise
  • white vine
  • capers
  • rosemary & thyme
  • chopped chervil and parsley

Method:

  1. Saute shallots in EVOO
  2. Add garlic
  3. Deglaze with wine and let to reduce
  4. Add tomato sauce base
  5. Add capers and a little bit of juice from capers
  6. Then add rest of herbs
  7. Serve with all kind of meat or fish
