Ingredients:
- tomato sauce base
- garlic
- EVOO
- ardei gras roșu sau capia
- almond
- hazelnuts
- smoked paprika
- cherry vinegar
Method:
- Stropeste ardeiul gras cu EVOO put in tray, cover with Al folia and bake in oven, let to cool and peeled
- Roast almonds and hazelnuts
- Mixer: add paprika, almonds, hazelnuts, smoked paprika, tomato sauce base, splash of cherry vinegar and EVOO
- Then add lemon juice and strecoara sosul
- Serve with fish or meet
