Ingredients:

  • tomato sauce base
  • garlic
  • EVOO
  • ardei gras roČ™u sau capia
  • almond
  • hazelnuts
  • smoked paprika
  • cherry vinegar

Method:

  1. Stropeste ardeiul gras cu EVOO put in tray, cover with Al folia and bake in oven, let to cool and peeled
  2. Roast almonds and hazelnuts
  3. Mixer: add paprika, almonds, hazelnuts, smoked paprika, tomato sauce base, splash of cherry vinegar and EVOO
  4. Then add lemon juice and strecoara sosul
  5. Serve with fish or meet
