Ingredients:

  • tomato sauce base
  • garlic
  • EVOO
  • shallots brunoise
  • vodka
  • chilli flakes
  • tomato puree
  • cream

Method:

  1. Saute shallots in EVOO
  2. Add garlic, then chilli
  3. Add tomato puree
  4. Then add Vodka and let to reduce
  5. Add cream and tomato sauce base
  6. If necessary mix with blender
  7. Serve with Rigatoni pasta, parmesan and fresh basil
