Ingredients:

  • shallot brunoise
  • anchovies chopped
  • garlic chopped
  • parsley chopped
  • tarragon chopped
  • 1-2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 100-150 g soft butter
  • 1/2 tsp worchenster
  • s&p

Method:

  1. Mixt all the ingredients and add on the hot meat for serving
