Ingredients:

  • 125g egg whites at room temperature
  • 180g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Method:

  1. Whisk egg whites till fluffy
  2. Slowly add sugar
  3. Add vinegar
  4. Add cornstarch
  5. Fa cam 9 portii de pavlova
  6. Bake at 100’C – 60 min
