Ingredients:

Topping:

  • Fresh sliced peaches
  • 50 g butter
  • 180 g brown sugar

Cake:

  • 50 g melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup peach juice
  • 1 vanilla
  • 175 g brown sugar
  • 225 g flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt

Method:

  1. Melt sugar and butter until are liquid
  2. Spread the caramel in a baking tray with a diameter of 28 cm
  3. Place the peach slices in a circle
  4. Mix eggs, melted butter, peach juice and vanilla
  5. Add flour, sugar, baling powder, salt and gently mix
  6. Please the dough on tray
  7. Bake 180’C – 30′
